COVID related protocols? Vaccine Requirements

DO I NEED TO BE VACCINATED TO ATTEND + DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK TO THE FESTIVAL?
YES, you must be vaccinated. However, we will follow all local and state COVID-19 health & safety guidelines in place at the time of the festival and will communicate all requirements to ticket holders before the festival. Visit here for the most up-to-date DC guidelines.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DON’T AGREE WITH THE PROTOCOLS?
Tickets are nonrefundable. If you would like to see the protocols before purchasing tickets, we encourage you to wait to purchase until after our Covid-19 rules are released, which will happen closer to the event. If we are sold out at that time, tickets may be available on Lyte.

HOW DO I GET INFORMATION ON HOW BROCCOLI CITY IS HANDLING COVID-19 CONCERNS, VACCINATIONS + SAFETY?

What ticket options are available?

BROCCOLI CITY FESTIVAL 2022 GENERAL ADMISSION (2 DAY TICKET)

  • Access to all General Admission areas at Festival (All Ages Welcome)
  • Live performances on the main stage, DJ tent, art, interactive games, rides, activities, and sponsor activations
  • A huge selection of food and drink options including healthy vegan and vegetarian options plus free water stations
  • Cash Bars featuring cocktails, beer and wine for 21+ only
  • Shop Broccoli City Festival & official band merch, and Specialty items from dozens of marketplace vendors
  • LAYAWAY PLANS AVAILABLE AS LOW AS $20 (plus fees) DEPOSIT TODAY
  • $.50 from each ticket will be donated to Broccoli City Foundation (501c3)

BROCCOLI CITY FESTIVAL 2022 VIP (2 DAY PASS)

  • In addition to GA ticket benefits, VIP Passholders will also enjoy access to the VIP Experience Lounge featuring:
  • Special main stage viewing areas
  • Ample Lounge Seating in shaded areas
  • Dedicated VIP entry lanes
  • Private cash bars and drink specials
  • Flushing bathrooms and hydration station

How do I purchase a ticket with the Layaway Plan option?

You will find the option for the Layaway plan in “Step 2” when you’re going through the check out process.

Is BC FESTIVAL all ages?

Broccoli City Festival is open to all ages. Select areas on the festival grounds are 21+.

Will there be vegetarian, vegan, and/or gluten-free menu offerings?

Of course! Broccoli City is both a music + food festival, so you will be tasting some of the most unique and flavorful combinations.

What Weather Should I Prepare For?

DC weather can be unpredictable, so please keep an eye on the forecast, plan accordingly, and listen for announcements from us. Broccoli City will go on, rain or shine!

How can I sign up to be a volunteer?

At this time, we are not accepting volunteer applications. Please check back for any updates.

Are People With Disabilities Accommodated?

Broccoli City encourages persons with disabilities to participate in all programs and activities. Please contact us no later than APRIL 15TH, 2022 to request ASL interpreter services or other accommodations for special needs.

Is Medication Permitted?

Yes, medications are allowed into the festival as long as they comply with the following: No over-the-counter medication is permitted unless in unopened, factory-sealed packaging. No vitamins or supplements of any kind are permitted.

Prescription Medication can only be brought into the festival ground with the following:A valid photo id (See list of acceptable forms of identification)Medication must be in original prescription bottle, in-date, legible, with name corresponding to photo IDOnly one type of medication per bottle (matching the description printed on bottle)Any prescription controlled substances may only be brought in reasonable quantities reasonable

If I exit the Festival, can I come back in?

Once your ticket has been scanned, you will not be permitted to re-enter without purchasing another ticket if you exit the security checkpoint.

Will You Be Posting Set Times and a Map of the Grounds in Advance?

Yes, but no earlier than a week before the festival. Follow our social media accounts to see the announcement.

Are there ATMs on site?

No, the site is Cashless

How do I become a food or marketplace vendor?

Please sign up for our mailing list to be notified when our food and marketplace opportunities open.

Is there free water?

Yes, Empty reusable water bottles are allowed but we are also selling water bottles

TICKET PROTECTION

We now offer 100% Ticket Protection in the event that you cannot attend the festival for a valid, documented reason. The cost is a small percentage of the ticket price and can be added to your order during the purchase process. HEALTH AND SAFETY

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our artists and employees. You must follow all posted instructions while attending the Broccoli City Festival.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By attending the Broccoli City Festival, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
