Where can I purchase a ticket? 

Reserved Seated, Club Broccoli, and VIP passes can be purchased through Ticketmaster, our official Ticketing partner HERE.

Is there an age restriction to attend the festival?

Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an 18+ adult. All guests must purchase a ticket.

Can I receive a refund or exchange?

Sales on Ticketmaster are typically final with refunds or exchanges only granted on a case by case basis. For specialized ticketing inquiries or requests, please contact Ticketmaster Customer Service here

Can I exchange my ticket for a new ticket of the same type and same price level?

If you would like to select a new type of ticket or seat (even at the same price level), please start a new order, complete it for the new seats and then contact Ticketmaster to refund your original order. Be sure to have the receipt/order number of the original and new tickets. TM would then refund the original order back to the original method of payment

Can I upgrade my ticket for a new ticket of the new type and greater price level?

In the case of upgrades to a seat or ticket at a new price level, please start a new order, complete it for the upgraded seats and then contact Ticketmaster to refund your original order. Be sure to have the receipt/order number of the original and new tickets. TM would then refund the original order back to the original method of payment.

What sections are allotted for ADA seating?

ADA seating (wheelchair accessible and semi-ambulatory) is currently available. On the TM Sales page,, click on the Filter in the upper right corner of the page and toggle on the Show Accessible tickets. The ADA inventory will also have a unique icon on the map, letting you know you’re purchasing ADA.

WRISTBAND POLICIES + INSTRUCTIONS

Tickets are sent digitally via Ticketmaster. Festival goers are responsible for utilizing the “Transfer” feature inside Ticketmaster to ensure individual tickets, pairs of tickets or groups of tickets get delivered to the intended recipient(s) if you purchased more than one ticket. Otherwise, you will need to scan in with everyone who is a part of your ticket purchase at the same time. More information on the Transfer feature can be found HERE.

When ticket holders arrive on site, they will:

• Join the entry line for their applicable ticket type.
• Go through a security check
• Get scanned in via their digital ticket 
• Receive a wristband that matches their ticket type
• Enjoy the festival weekend and all the perks of BCF 2024!

Emerald And AAVIP Drink Ticket Pick-Up Instructions

All Emerald, All Access VIP, and Suites ticket holders can retrieve their physical wristbands and complimentary merch item(s) at an offsite pickup location BEFORE entering the festival grounds. This is a courtesy service location that will limit your wait in line and enable you to have all your essential needs before arriving on site. Please check your email for detailed instructions from the Broccoli City team.

Emerald & AAVIP Ticket Holders should:

• Confirm that their ticket(s) can be found via your Ticketmaster account
• Visit our offsite location to retrieve a physical wristband(s) and complimentary merch item(s) BEFORE arriving to site. You cannot retrieve it from the box office on the festival grounds.  Check your email for times and location.
• On festival days, join the entry line for their applicable ticket type (VIP Entry lanes)
• Go through a security check
• Get scanned in via your digital ticket (please ensure wristband is already on)
• Once inside, proceed to the VIP Entrance doors and go to the Club or Suite Level of VIP as applicable

GATES

All gates are ADA accessible, but we are designating Gate A as our ADA entry point. Please be sure to check all signage onsite for further directions. If you have trouble with access while at the stadium, ask any Guest Experience staff for assistance.

RESTROOMS

Accessible restrooms will be made available throughout the venue. The city stage will also have ADA port-o-potties available for use. Family Restrooms will be available in Sections 102, 114, 123, and 131.

What are the surrounding airports?

What happens in the case of rain or thunder? 

DC weather can be unpredictable, so please keep an eye on the forecast, plan accordingly, and listen for announcements from us. In the event of inclement weather, the Broccoli City Festival will go on, rain or shine! We carefully monitor severe weather that impacts the health and safety of our guests, which is our highest priority. 

What ADA and Accessibility will you provide?

Broccoli City encourages persons with disabilities to participate in all programs and activities. Please contact us no later than July 16th 2024 to request ASL interpreters services or other accommodations for special needs. Email info@broccolicity.com with Subject “ADA Festival.” Audi Field does have ADA spaces throughout the venue as well as breastfeeding rooms. 

We will have a ADA Shuttle Pick-Up, and drop-off at the following addresses:

The pickup location address is 55 M St SE, Washington, DC 20003 (right next to the metro).

The drop-off location for the Broccoli City Festival will be on the corner of Half St SW and Potomac Ave SW.

Will there be elevators?

Audi Field is ADA Full compliant with multiple elevators, and ramps. The stadium provides two elevators at the premium lobby for guests with disabilities or mobility challenges, or guests with upper level VIP access. These elevators service the east stands, including premium areas. 

LIGHTING

WARNING: Strobe Lighting and other intense lighting will be used during this show. It may not be safe for those with epilepsy and other conditions with sensitivity to light. Please see Festival Staff if more information is needed. Use discretion on your placement in proximity to the stage during each performance, whether on the field or in the stands.

I am a member of the media – how do I obtain a media pass?

To apply for a media pass, please fill out this form by May 28, 2024. Please note that all applications are reviewed, but slots are limited and not guaranteed. 

I am a business owner. How do I become a part of the vendor marketplace?

Vendor Marketplace applications are now closed

I’m a food vendor – how do I apply?

At this time, we are not accepting new food vendor applications for Broccoli City Festival 2024.

How do I get to the festival?

Rideshare

Due to the high volume of traffic in the immediate area around Audi Field on festival days, festival attendees arriving via Rideshare will be directed to arrive near Nationals Park before a match. Following a match, fans will need to head back toward Nationals Park before hailing a ride on their app.

To get to the Rideshare Pickup Zone on Potomac Avenue, exit via Gate A and head right on Potomac Avenue towards Nationals Park.

No pick-ups are allowed on South Capitol Street.

Staying Hydrated

Guests will be allowed one (1) sealed bottle of water per person, up to 20 oz. Water fountains are available throughout the stadium for fans to refill their bottles.

What items are prohibited?

For the safety and security of our guests, the following items are not permitted in to the facility:

• Chairs
• Blankets
• Umbrellas
• Selfie sticks
• Weapons
• Smoke devices, flares, or fireworks of any kind
• Illegal substances, drugs, or chemicals of any kind
• Projectiles
• Metal, plastic, glass, or aluminum containers of an kind
• Hard-sided coolers or containers of any size
• No bags larger than 14″ by 14″ by 6″ will be allowed into Audi Field
• No backpacks or luggage allowed (“cinch bags” that fit the size restriction will be allowed)
• Large purses, or other similar bags, that exceed the size restriction will not be allowed
• Poles of any kind (metal, plastic, or wooden)
• Any outside food or beverage
• Professional cameras and equipment, including lenses in excess of eight (8) inches, tripods, and monopods
• Animals (except service animals)
• Frisbees
• Inflated balls of any kind
• Artificial noisemakers, including whistles or air horns of any kind
• Laser pointers
• Streamers and confetti
• Drones
• Aerosol cans
• Rollerblades/skateboards/hoverboards

Is medication permitted?

Yes, medications are allowed into the festival as long as they comply with the following: No over-the-counter medication is permitted unless in unopened, factory-sealed packaging. No vitamins or supplements of any kind are permitted. Prescription Medication can only be brought into the festival ground with the following:A valid photo id (See list of acceptable forms of identification)Medication must be in original prescription bottle, in-date, legible, with name corresponding to photo IDOnly one type of medication per bottle (matching the description printed on bottle). Any prescription controlled substances may only be brought in reasonable quantities reasonable

What is the Bag Policy?

To expedite entry into Audi Field, we strongly encourage fans not to bring bags to the stadium. Designated lanes will be set up for fans with bags and fans without bags. If you must bring a bag to the stadium, please see the important information below.

No bags larger than 14” by 14” by 6” will be allowed into Audi Field.

No backpacks will be allowed (“cinch bags” that fit the size restriction will be allowed).

Other bag types that will NOT be allowed at Audi Field include: coolers, luggage, large purses, or other similar bags that exceed the size restriction.

Where can I get water? Is it free?

FREE Water Station will be offered. Yes, you can bring EMPTY non-glass WATER BOTTLES and Camel Backs. Water bottles must be plastic.

Can I buy merch on site?

Yes! You can check out the merch location on the festival map here.

Are there ATMs on site?

No, the site is Cashless. We will have reverse ATM to convert your cash to gift cards that can be spent on site.

Will there be a lost & found?

Guests who need to claim or report lost items during a game should visit the Guest Services Booth located just inside Gate A upon entry. Lost items will be kept for 30 days. After 30 days, items will be donated, or destroyed if containing sensitive information. Guests may contact lost and found at guestexperience@dcunited.com to inquire about and/or retrieve lost items. Lost and found is open Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 AM-5PM.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Service animals and service animals in training with supporting credentials will be welcomed at the festival. All other animals are prohibited.
