• Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags no larger than 6”x 9”. 

• Small Blankets / Beach Towels

• Cameras - non-professional only, no detachable lenses

• Food - in a clear, 1-gallon ziplock bag

• Water - up to 1 gallon in a factory sealed or empty bottle

• Small personal collapsable umbrellas are permitted

The event will be primarily accessed via personal car or rideshare (e.g. lyft/uber). Parking is available onsite

General admission parking comes with your ticket purchase. Parking lots open an hour before the scheduled gate time.

If you want easier entry and exit, purchase Premier Parking or VIP Parking. Premier Parking and VIP Parking are both accessible via Cellar Door Drive. Premier Parking is located adjacent to the main gates. VIP Parking will allow for the fastest entry and exit from the venue and is also located near the front gates. Consider the venue’s Early Parking perk if you like to beat the rush.

YES, Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaporizers are permitted except in the reserved seating (pavilion) area. While we do not restrict smoking on the lawn - if guests around you are complaining we will ask you to smoke in the plaza. We appreciate your cooperation.

The event is for all ages. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap. Please note, strollers are not permitted and there is nowhere for them to be stored at the venue.

If you would like a lawn chair for the show, you may rent one from Jiffy Lube Live. Personal lawn chairs are not permitted inside the venue. You can purchase a lawn chair rental online in advance via Ticketmaster or on show day at a lawn chair stand. We recommend reserving your chair in advance as availability is limited on the day of the show. To reserve your lawn chair, click on "Upgrades Available" and select "Lawn Chair Rental.” The rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall.

ADA seating (wheelchair accessible and semi-ambulatory) is available.  On the TM Sales page click on the Filter in the upper right corner of the page and toggle on the Show Accessible tickets. The ADA inventory will also have a unique icon on the map, letting you know you’re purchasing ADA. Please note that the lawn is unpaved, uncovered, and subjected to the elements. In bad weather, the terrain can become difficult to navigate, making it inaccessible for people with limited mobility. Please note that the lawn is only accessed by a long set of stairs.

Guests in need of an escort to their seats should see a Guest Service representative upon entering the venue.
